please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear proof of the issue.

To process such claims, customers must provide:

* an unboxing/opening video starting from the unopened parcel
* clear photos of the product and packaging
* your order number

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once verified by our team, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
