What is the return policy?

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
Each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof of the issue, including an unboxing/opening video of the parcel and relevant photos. This helps us review the matter promptly and assist you accordingly.

Requests made without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

DO NOT remove the hang tags for a damaged product as then the product would be considered faulty by the customer.

Where can I check my order details?

To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at (www.). Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section to access all your past orders.

Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.

The color of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?

The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process.

How do I care for my garments?

Please read the washcare label in your garment to care for your House of Niasna pieces and extend its longevity.

Dry Clean Only: Garments with this care tag need to be professionally dry-cleaned. The process involves a cleaning method using a solvent other than water.

Hand wash: These garments must be washed by hand and cannot be put in the washer. Please do not wring or twist as this can distort the shape of the garment. You can then reshape the garment and lay flat to air dry.

Wash Cold: Select cold water on a gentle setting on your washer. These garments should be laid flat to air dry.
